Scent & Maintenance
We recommend using Celestial essences for the best experience. Use only fragrances specifically made for cold-air diffusers to ensure optimal performance.
Keep the device clean and dry. Do not use standard essential oils or fragrances containing alcohol, as these may damage internal components. Every 3 months, you may clean the nozzle with alcohol — ensure it is completely dry before reassembling.
Shipping & Returns
Orders within Saudi Arabia are delivered within 2–7 days. If you are outside Saudi Arabia and wish to ship to your country, please reach out to us.
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days. Opened fragrances are non-returnable. Vessel 01 is covered by a 1-year warranty.
