3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are inclusive of 15% VAT where applicable. Payment methods include credit card, digital wallets, Tabby, and Tamara.

4. Shipping

Delivery timelines are provided for guidance only; delays may occur due to external factors. Customers must provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays. All shipments within Saudi Arabia are handled by certified logistics partners. A tracking number will be shared via email or phone number provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include opened perfumes or used products. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including text, images, designs, and fragrance formulations — is owned by Celestial or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Celestial is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts.

9. Amendments

Celestial reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
