You can place an order by creating an account or as a guest, selecting your desired products, and completing the checkout process.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or phone. You can also view your order status from your account dashboard.

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items will be refunded or replaced.

Sign in via OTP (phone) or email magic link. Google login is also available. Manage your profile, orders, and preferences from the account dashboard.

You can subscribe via the Newsletter section in your account dashboard, or through the newsletter signup in our footer.

Use the Feedback & Requests section in your account dashboard to send us any inquiry or suggestion. We typically respond within 48 hours.
