1. Delivery

Celestial ensures a smooth delivery experience across Saudi Arabia. All orders are carefully packaged to maintain product integrity.

• Order Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM are processed same day; after 2 PM the next business day

• Delivery Timeline: 2–5 business days, excluding Fridays and public holidays

• Tracking: A tracking number is sent via SMS or email once your order ships

• We ensure proper handling and insurance for all shipments

• Standard delivery fee is calculated at checkout

• Orders exceeding the free shipping threshold enjoy free delivery

• Any customs, duties, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer

Celestial accepts returns within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Non-returnable: opened perfumes or used products

• If items arrive damaged, contact support within 48 hours with photos — eligible items will be refunded or replaced

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

• Visit the Contact Us page or use your account dashboard

• Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return

• Follow the instructions sent by Celestial support for packaging and pickup
